Kiran & Pallavi Patel Global University (KPGU) (formerly called the Orland Health Sciences University (OHSU)) is legally authorized by the Florida Commission for Independent Education (License Number 10184) to award degrees as an institution of higher education. Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine (OCOM) has received Pre-Accreditation from the American Osteopathic Association Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA). Please note that the OCOM is a unit of the KPGU. COCA may be contacted at predoc@osteopathic.org or COCA, c/o AOA 142 E. Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611. It is the policy of the KPGU and OCOM that there is no discrimination in the selection and treatment of administrative personnel, faculty and staff, and students based on race, ethnicity, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, national origin, age or disabilities, and religion. Please note that KPGU currently only operates the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Program. In addition to the DO degree, the organization is licensed to offer two master’s degrees programs (Anesthesiology Assistant and Preclinical Sciences), but these programs are not currently operational. The organization does not intend to operate either of these programs until after institutional accreditation is achieved by an institutional accreditor recognized by the US Department of Education with authority to accredit institutions with masters programs.
