BBLS features faculty development presentations delivered via Zoom and in-person during the lunch hour. These sessions cover a diverse range of topics, including educational methodologies, wellness, scholarship and research. We bring together clinicians, researchers, medical educators, and professionals within OCOM, across Central Florida and beyond. (Calendar coming soon).

Coming soon: An exceptional series of grand rounds featuring presentations by renowned experts in various medical specialties, in-depth discussions on the latest advancements in patient care and opportunities for interactive Q&A sessions with speakers. Our Grand Rounds will showcase progressive clinical insights from highly skilled practitioners inclusive of interdisciplinary perspectives from leading professionals.
We have joined forces with Lakeland Regional Health (LRH) to provide expanded opportunities for our faculty to earn AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits.

The Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine, provides limited institutional access to the International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE). As a premier nonprofit organization, IAMSE is dedicated to advancing health professions education. Through IAMSE's annual conferences, webinar series, and peer-reviewed journal, faculty can stay current with cutting-edge educational practices, and engage with thought leaders in health sciences education.

As part of our IAMSE membership, the Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine faculty have access to the IAMSE Webcast Audio Seminar Series. These engaging seminars serve as a hub for exchanging medical education leading insights on the most pressing topics in medical education.
